I cannot say thank you enough!!! We were without heat with these low temperatures waiting on another company to come check our unit (due to insurance/warranty guidelines). I called Gessner and explained what happened and they sent someone over within 40 minutes! The technician found the problem right away and fixed it! He explained everything to me and was so helpful! Y’all have made a customer for life!!

I purchased two high efficiency Trane systems to replace the 14-year-old units that were original to my home. Our experience with Gessner A/C was great! Our A/C unit broke down on a Friday in August in 100-degree weather. Gessner A/C’s technician drove out to College Station to look at it within forty-five minutes of us calling. Ross performed a thorough inspection of the whole system, even going into our 130-degree attic, in order to give us an accurate quote. He was very upfront and gave us plenty of information on what needed to be replaced, as well as what parts wouldn’t need to be replaced if we didn’t want to spend as much money. He provided quotes for all the different options, with the ability to install it the next day: a Saturday!

These guys are the absolute best! I will never use anyone else. Michael B. is the best AC man and has so much integrity that I can't begin to say. The owner Michael G. also came to help! What a company. So much for thinking no one has ethics, these guys proved me beyond wrong. They would not leave until they made sure everything worked. Who does that any more? These guys. My AC went out. I called at 4:15 pm today. At 5:00 pm, the Techs Steve and Robert were here, and it was fixed by 5:30. I can't say enough good things about how amazing they were and how thankful I am, with the heat index to hit 110 today and my house was already at 88%. What great customer service and they were super nice. Thank you Steve and Robert, you're amazing. I am a realtor and I will be sure and recommend them in the future to my clients.
